Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. sugar or 1 packet Equal
    2 c. self-rising flour
    Pam nonstick cooking spray
    1 1/2 c. shredded or diced Cheddar cheese
    garlic salt (for dusting)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 10 wells in a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    With a mixer at medium speed, beat milk, mayonnaise, sugar and flour until smooth.
    Divide batter evenly in 10 prepared wells.
    Into each mound of dough, bury 1 to 2 tablespoons of cheese.
    Spray tops of dough mounds with Pam.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from oven and immediately spray tops with Pam again and dust biscuits with a little garlic salt.
    Makes 10 biscuits.
