Irish Coffee Eggnog Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cartons (1 qt. each) eggnog
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. Irish whiskey
    1 qt. coffee flavored ice cream
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat at low speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in Irish whiskey.
    Chill one to two hours.
    Pour into a punch bowl.
    Top punch with scoops of ice cream.
    Yield: approximately 9 1/2 cups punch.
