Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. brown sugar (packed)
    1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add sugar, salt and syrup.
    Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popped corn and mix well.
    Bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool and then break apart.
