Grilled Chicken And Broccoli(Low Carb) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. chicken cutlets, pounded to 1/4 in. thick
1- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
juice and pulp of 1lime
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 TBSP. finely slivered red bell pepper
2 TBSP. chopped water chestnuts
4 c. chopped broccoli, steamed
Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brush the chicken with the mustard, and grill or broil until cooked through, about 4 minutes on a side.
Slice into thin strips. Whisk together the lime juice and pulp, oil, thyme, pepper, and water chestnuts.
Arrange the broccoli and chicken on a serving plate.
Sprinkle with the lime dressing and Parmesan.
Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
