Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (12 oz.) low-fat cottage cheese
    1 pkg. Longhorn Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    onion and parsley flakes
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown: beef, salt, black pepper, onion, garlic and oregano. Drain fat; add tomato sauce and tomatoes.
    Cook noodles; mix all cheeses together.
    Arrange in layers: noodles, cheese and meat sauce.
    Top with cheese and add parsley flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let set for 30 minutes.
