Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. self-rising flour
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Pour part of batter into a funnel and let it drip into hot oil (375\u00b0).
    Make all kinds of shapes and fry until golden brown, then turn.
    Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
