Stuffed Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. seasoned stuffing mix
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown onion and celery in butter in medium hot skillet. Combine with stuffing mix, eggs and water to make stuffing.
    Add half of stuffing to the ground turkey, mixing well.
    Pat out half of the meat mixture in a two-quart loaf pan, 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 3-inches.
    Spread with stuffing and then top with remaining meat mixture.
    Pour tomato juice over loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
