Orange Pork Chop Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. orange juice
    2 c. Minute rice
    6 pork chops
Preparation
    Trim and brown pork chops.
    Mix orange juice and mushroom soup to make a sauce.
    Dip pork chops into sauce and set aside.
    Spread uncooked rice in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour sauce over rice. Place pork chops on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
