Mini-Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    12 vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Place 12 vanilla wafers on bottom of 12 paper lined muffin cups.
    Then mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour into muffin cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with coconut or top with various types of jam or other favorite toppings.
