Ingredients

1 c. butter (soft)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. nuts (chopped)
1 tsp. vanilla
dash salt (optional) I just use lightly salted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix with mixer butter and both sugars. Add eggs, creaming mixture.
Mix dry ingredients and add gradually. After well mixed, stir in vanilla and nuts with spoon.
Roll into logs then roll logs in floured cling wrap.
Store overnight.
Slice and bake.
Dough lasts for a long time in frig.
