Lime Cream Fruit Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 Tbsp. lime juice (optional)
    1 (20 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. quartered maraschino cherries, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Cool.
    Add lime juice. Beat in sour cream with wire whip.
    Add pineapple.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in cherries and pecans.
    Turn into mold and chill until firm.
