Ethel'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. plain flour
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar, mixed with 1 c. milk
    1 c. nuts, chopped and floured
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Mix alternately with milk and eggs.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Add 1 teaspoon almond flavor.
    Add 1 cup nuts.
    Bake in well-greased tube pan for 1 hour or until done.
