Butter Horns And Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. butter (or mixture of butter and margarine)
    1 (1 lb.) carton small curd creamed cottage cheese
    plain sugar icing (for horns)
    jam, thick marmalade or prepared mincemeat (for triangles)
Preparation
    Mix flour and butter; work in cottage cheese.
    Chill at least 8 hours.
    (Dough can be kept chilled for several days.)
    Divide dough into 4 portions.
    Roll one portion at a time on very well-floured board.
