Tropical Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 carrots, sliced diagonally (or 1 small package baby carrots)
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 c. sour orange
1/4 c. sugar (optional)
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Cook carrots about 15 minutes.\tDrain.\tCombine other ingredients and cook until thickened.
Heat carrots with thickened mixture.
