Peppery Herb Rib Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned or cracked pepper
    4 rib steaks (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except steaks.
    Arrange steaks in shallow baking dish and cover with peppery herb mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Drain and save liquid.
