Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
24 cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Dice bacon; fry crisp.
Drain on paper towel and cool.
In bowl, mix together bacon, onion and mayonnaise.
Remove stems from tomatoes.
Place stem side down on a cutting board.
Cut tomatoes, making an X so you can scoop out pulp.
Invert and drain.
Fill with bacon mixture.
Chill for several hours.
