Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine egg white in cold water.
Beat until frothy (not stiff).
Add pecan halves.
Mix until coated.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Add nuts; mix thoroughly.
Place on buttered 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake in a 225\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
