Muffalatta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. chopped green olives (25-35)
    2/3 c. chopped black olives (25-35)
    1 7 oz. jar chopped pimento, drained
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 anchovy, mashed
    1 Tbsp. capers
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and marinate 12 hours.
