Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. coconut
    4 to 6 c. apple slices, peeled and cored
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a medium-large bowl, cut margarine into dry cake mix until crumbly.
    Mix in coconut.
    Spray nonstick spray on a 9 x 13-inch aluminum baking pan.
    Pat dry cake mixture lightly into pan (don't press), building up edges slightly.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Arrange apples on warm crust.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples.
    Mix sour cream and egg. Drizzle over all.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until light brown.
    Serve warm or chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.
    Also delicious using fresh peach slices.
