Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. tapioca (I use Minute)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    2 c. fresh peaches
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and sugar together; add milk.
    This will make a medium batter.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar to 2 cups fresh peaches or a No. 2 can of peaches with tapioca.
    Melt 1 stick of butter or margarine in a baking dish; add peaches and tapioca. Pour batter over top of peaches and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until batter is golden brown, approximately 15 to 30 minutes, depending on oven.
