Ham And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated American cheese
    2 c. cubed cooked ham
    2 c. cubed boiled potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth; remove from heat.
    Stir in milk and cheese.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Arrange alternate layers of ham, potatoes and broccoli in a 2-quart casserole.
    Pour sauce over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
