Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. green onions
2 stalks celery
1 stick butter
1 (15 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
salt and red pepper
4 c. chicken stock
3 to 4 carrots
1 medium onion
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. mustard
4 c. milk
Preparation

Saute medium onion in butter.
Add flour.
In another boiler, heat 4 cups chicken stock and milk.
When hot, add to flour.
Boil green onions, carrots and celery until tender; drain some.
Add Cheez Whiz and mustard.
