Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. crab meat
8 oz. Swiss cheese
1 medium onion
1/2 large green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
Mix with mayonnaise, eggs, flour and milk.
Mix in crab meat and half of cheese.
Pour into pie crust and put remaining cheese on top of quiche.
You can make your own pie crust or buy one.
Bake in crust for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
