Lazy Daisy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick.
    Add sugar gradually, beating constantly.
    Add vanilla.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add to first mixture; mix well.
    Heat to boiling point milk and 1 tablespoon butter.
    Add at once to mixture.
    Beat well. Do not add any more flour, the batter is very thin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    When cake is done, remove from oven and spread with blended mixture of melted butter, brown sugar and cream.
