Baked Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh asparagus, uncooked
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1/4 c. oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Arrange asparagus in a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.
Pour oil all over.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Prick holes in foil.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes. Serves 4.
