Low-Fat, Low-Sugar Butterscotch Pumpkin Pie(For Dad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. low-fat cream cheese (softened 15 to 20 seconds on High in microwave)
    12 oz. evaporated skim milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar substitute
    1 1/2 c. low-fat whipped topping
    1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust made with sugar substitute
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla sugar-free instant pudding
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. butterscotch sugar-free instant pudding
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    With whisk in large bowl, beat together until smooth:
    cream cheese, 1 tablespoon evaporated skim milk and sugar substitute. Fold in whipped topping.
    Spread mixture in bottom of crust.
