Crunchy Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    3/4 c. natural coconut
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 to 1 c. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    nuts (optional)
    sunflower seeds (optional)
Preparation
    Brown oatmeal, wheat germ, coconut and sesame seed in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Stir well to coat and roast for 5 minutes more.
    It's great with yogurt poured over it!
