Pressed Chicken(Salad Type) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or stewing hen
    1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped up or cut up fine with celery leaves
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. parsley, dried
    1 pt. boiled down juice
    1 small pkg. gelatin
Preparation
    Boil chicken or stewing hen well until meat is done and falls off the bones.
    Remove chicken from bones and chop into small pieces.
    Use boiled down juice; skim off fat from chicken broth. Add gelatin.
    Pour over chicken; mix well and chill.
