Linguini With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. linguini
    2 small baskets whole mushrooms
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 onion
    salt
    garlic
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 small bottle cooking wine
Preparation
    Saute in a saucepan: sliced mushrooms, 1/2 diced onion, 1/2 stick butter, garlic to taste and salt to taste, until slightly turning brown.
    Meanwhile, cook (boil) linguini in pot with enough water to cover them with a touch of salt.
    Add 2 cups of cooking wine to saucepan and bring to a boil, then simmer.
    Stir in 1/2 can of tomato paste to turn the sauce to a nice red color.
    Cook on low for 3 to 5 minutes.
    When linguini is finished cooking, serve with mushroom sauce.
