Grandma'S Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. tender quick salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients good.
    Form into 2 logs and roll in foil; twist ends good.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Take out and boil in water 1 hour.
    Remove from kettle.
    Poke holes in foil to drain. Remove foil and when cooled enough to handle, wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate.
    Ready to eat.
