Alhoa Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. toasted, slivered almonds or pecan pieces
    1 c. mayonnaise
    16 oz. can pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Combine chicken, water chestnuts, celery and almonds or pecans. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Chill. Serve on lettuce and top with pineapple.
