Ingredients

2 pkg. instant pudding (lemon or pistachio)
2 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream (soften)
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 c. soft butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix pudding, milk and ice cream until stiff.
Mix Ritz crackers, butter and sugar until crumbly.
Line 13 x 9-inch pan with crumbs.
Save some crumbs for top.
Pour in pudding mix and add rest of crumbs on top.
Keep in refrigerator until firm.
Can be topped with Cool Whip.
