Sherry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. pickled onions
    7 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. oil
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    This sauce will marinate 7 to 10 chicken breasts, so I cut it in half a lot.
    When grilling, be very careful not to overcook. Ten to 15 minutes for chicken tenders is plenty of time.
    I found that when grilling these, the tenders do best.
