Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, minced
    10 1/2 oz. beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. sour cream
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms and onion in butter until tender.
    Remove from skillet.
    In same skillet, brown meat which has been cut into 1 1/2 x 1/2-inch strips.
    Reserve 1/3 cup of the bouillon.
    Stir in remaining bouillon, ketchup, garlic and salt.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Blend reserved bouillon and flour.
    Stir into meat mixture.
    Add mushrooms and onion.
    Heat to boiling.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
