Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. regular rolled oats
    2 c. unsweetened coconut
    1 1/3 c. wheat germ
    1 c. slivered almonds or cashew pieces
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. honey (or less)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 tsp. almond extract
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Mix orange juice, almond extract, salt and honey.
    Pour over dry ingredients and toss together.
    Crumble into shallow baking sheets in 3/4-inch layer. Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
    Add raisins after baking.
    Makes 14 cups.
