Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. boiling water
    1 lb. raisins
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Cook 1 quart boiling water and raisins 15 or 20 minutes.
    Beat egg, sugar, flour, vinegar and cinnamon.
    Add to boiling mixture. Cook until thick.
    Bake in 2 crusts.
    Makes 2 pies.
