Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. shortening
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and shortening.
Add eggs, mixing well. Combine salt and flour.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, stirring well.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
