Egg Nog(My Father'S From His Father To Me) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. rye whiskey
    1 qt. bourbon whiskey
    2 pt. dark rum
    1 pt. peach brandy
    24 large fresh eggs
    2 lb. 4x sugar
    2 qt. real whipping cream
    2 qt. grade A milk
    small pinch of salt
Preparation
    Separate yolks from whites; beat yolks until light.
    Blend with sugar, whipping cream, milk and salt.
    Mix well with the whiskey, rum and brandy.
    Let stand, covered, under refrigeration overnight.
    Then beat whites of eggs until stiff, not dry; fold lightly into mixture.
    Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top.
    Will keep for weeks.
