Remoulade Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. white cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. paprika
4 tsp. Creole mustard
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. horseradish
fresh chopped parsley to taste
salt to taste
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
Preparation

Puree ingredients in blender.
Chill and serve over boiled shrimp.
