Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cracker meal
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into patties.
    Dip each patty into evaporated milk and then into crushed cracker crumbs or corn flakes.
    Fry until golden brown on each side.
