Poor Man'S Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef or venison
    3 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. smoked hickory salt
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt (use only this brand)
    1 tsp. coarse pepper or peppercorns
Preparation
    Mix well and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Mix again and refrigerate another 24 hours.
    Roll and shape into loaves.
    Bake 8 hours at 150\u00b0 to 175\u00b0 on a broiler pan.
