Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cubes margarine
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    In large bowl, put sugar, flour and salt.
    In heavy small pan, bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil.
    Take cocoa mixture from heat as soon as it boils and add immediately to dry ingredients.
    Add sour cream.
    Add eggs and soda, mixing until well blended after each addition.
    Batter will be thin.
    Bake in a greased cookie sheet type pan with high sides or 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
