Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.5 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sifted flour (plain)
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cooked prunes, mashed
Preparation
    Combine sugar
    and
    oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add to mixture, alternately with buttermilk and blend well.
    Add vanilla. Fold in chopped nuts and prunes. Pour into greased pan and bake at 300\u00b0 about 30 or 40 minutes.
