Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    6 to 8 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place bread slices in greased casserole.
    Cook sausage until slightly brown; drain.
    Spoon sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Mix eggs and half and half.
    Pour over cheese.
    Chill overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (until set).
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
