Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
4 c. cooked chicken
1 c. chicken stock
2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation

Fry onions in butter.
Add flour, salt, curry powder and chicken stock.
Stir constantly until mixture is thick.
Add milk, lemon juice and chicken.
Heat well.
(May be made in advance and reheated.)
Serve over rice with chopped bacon or chutney, diced pineapple and coconut.
Serves 6 to 8.
