Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 tomato paste cans of water
    pinch of red pepper
    1 large can red kidney beans
    1 c. brewed coffee (yes coffee)
    1 large can whole tomatoes (then crush them smaller)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in skillet until done.
    Mix tomatoes, tomato paste and water all together in large pan.
    Add kidney beans and rest of ingredients.
    Coffee is optional.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Enjoy with crackers, fruit and dessert.
