Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    2 c. cottage cheese (low-fat)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    8 uncooked lasagna noodles
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir to break meat into pieces.
    Drain. Stir in sauce.
    Cover dish and microwave until mixture boils.
