Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. frozen chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, cut in cubes
3 to 4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/3 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Place frozen potatoes and onions in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes.
In a small bowl soften cream cheese by microwaving 30 to 40 seconds.
Stir in soup.
Stir mixture into potatoes.
Cover casserole and microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes or until center is hot.
Stir once during cooking.
Top with shredded cheese and let stand 5 minutes.
