Chicken Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. diced chopped onion
    1/2 c. flour
    3 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 Tbsp. basil
    salt to taste
    2 1/2 c. chicken, boned and cubed or 1 whole chicken
    1 c. white wine or beer
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. diced celery
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. lemon herb
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until tender in
    4 to 5 tablespoons butter or broth.
    Add chicken broth and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes. Blend flour, milk, cheese and parsley into a smooth sauce and add to broth.
    Cook, stirring, until thick and bubbly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
