Beet And Walnut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 (16 oz.) cans sliced beets, drained and cut into thin strips
    1/2 lb. sliced Jarlsberg cheese, cut into thin strips
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    green leaf lettuce (for garnish)
Preparation
    In large bowl, whisk together vinegar and oil.
    Toss in beets until well coated, then add cheese and walnuts.
    Toss gently until just coated.
    Line serving platter with green leaf lettuce.
    Serve on beet-cheese mixture.
